Everyday Business English covers the area of general business English. The focus is on a broad business language qualification.
All language skills are trained equally:

Depending on your level of language proficiency, you may utilise a framework-providing textbook or our online platform to access learning content. The use of your internal written company materials is also suitable for this course.
In this way, specialised documents from your work area such as technical literature, company brochures, product descriptions, correspondence, etc. can be used as learning tools and integrated into the training according to your needs. In addition, you can contribute your own current project documents to the lessons. In this way, important upcoming business situations that must be handled in English are effectively prepared for in the training.
All course content and training methods are individually tailored to your business sector and your personal goals.
Customer service and small talk:
asking and answering questions, talking about your company and business, making request, offers and recommendations, greetings, introductions and goodbyes, sozializing, meeting and greeting visitors, communicating accuratly, beeing a good listener, understanding diferrent cultures
Email correspondence:
opening and closing, giving information, requesting action, arranging a meeting, discussing a project, sentence structure, common mistakes, punctuation and spelling, making a complaint, writing an apology
Telephone conversations:
answering the phone, making and taking calls, leaving a message, asking for clarification, dealing with problems, sounding friendly and polite, formal versus informal style, confirming arragements, key telephone phrases
